[App_rpt-users] custom prompts

Speaking of custom prompts, why in tarnation can't I make the stock "disconnected" female voice go away? Is this played by the remote system that has just disconnected from my node? I even went so far as to make a backup copy on my home computer, erasing from the Allstar node, and it still managed to play. Strange magic! Thanks. Bote
