Also, and this is just my personal opinion, I think the web transceiver should be used sparingly and not on a regular basis less we become just another crappy audio echolink network. It has its purpose but I cringe when people come in with audio quality and levels all over the place. We are now at a point now where any ham with internet has the ability to put a Allstar node on the air very inexpensively that uses a real radio. Even if that radio is on a dummy load and is just used around the house with a handheld it is far more flexible and has much better audio then the web transceiver.
