[App_rpt-users] DIAL in a VM as a development sandbox?

Hello: I have just installed the DIAL distro in a VM. Everything looks fine. Will the URI dongle just work with it under a VM? I assume so, but I wanted to make sure there aren't limitations or gotchas before I go down this route. Ideally, I'd like to connect an Alinco mobile unit via the URI as an asterisk sandbox/Allstar node. It is purely for learning/development purposes. Does this seem reasonable? Thanks! -aps (Alex)
