It's simple to set this up. In modules.conf enable cdr_csv.so, and then setup a cdr_manager.conf: [general] enabled = yes and a cdr.conf [general] enable=yes unanswered = yes [csv] usegmtime=no ; log date/time in GMT. Default is "no" loguniqueid=yes ; log uniqueid. Default is "no" loguserfield=yes ; log user field.
