[App_rpt-users] RTCM Like Setup

All, Is there a method to emulate the RTCM functionality, not from a voting perspective, but from the perspective that it is essentially a network based sound card. More specifically I would like to have a remote system, with a URI and PC, forward all of its audio to a central node for processing eliminating the need to use private node numbers at the remote and have them connect to a hub making issuing any connect or disconnect commands to public systems more difficult.
