[App_rpt-users] Audio problem with URI

I can pass audio out to the network but I can't receive anything more than a dead carrier. I unplugged the URI using a test amplifier and had the system send some system ID and time messages. I get nothing out of the URI. I probed pins 22 and 23 is this a URI issue ( New out of the box ) or something in software ??
