[App_rpt-users] Secure access to nodes without node IAX password?

Web Transceiver allow(ed) a registered Ham to access a remote node using authentication from the ASL account. ASL provided a blanket authentication. Using DVSwitch or IAX RPT, I would have to issue a user a unique password for access to this node. They could easily divulge it to another who could cause mischief. Is there now or in the future, a way of working through the ASL account to grant registered users access to many nodes at once? Thoughts? Duane, KA1LM 42996
