[App_rpt-users] How to use DCS with DSP in Asterisk

I would like to know if there is a way to use DCS (DPL) instead of CTCSS?? I am using a URI and need to be able to use DSP in Asterisk to encode and decode DCS. Is there a way to do so? if so what is the format in usbradio.conf
