[App_rpt-users] Changing commands

I would like to redefine the commands on my node Like standardize some commands like 73 to end all connections I know in the old manual it says there's a list of commands in a sample file(s) But I can't find these file(s) any where on my computer , the manual points to a dir that is not there Does any one have a PDF file with the list of commands ??
