[App_rpt-users] Inbound from TLB

All, I am having an issue with connectivity from TLB to app_rpt. Outbound connectivity from app_rpt works fine between the same nodes. When I attempt to connect from TLB to app_rpt, the asterisk console streams many of these same messages.
