[App_rpt-users] Bugs in Mantis.

      Please take the time to create an reporter account at:
http://mantis.qrvc.com and add any issues you have seen with
app_rpt/Asterisk.

Additionally, We are looking for more information and/or feedback on Bug
0000014:

Problem with telemetry being generated (although no PTT) with
duplex=0, and none with duplex=0, link2link = 1.

If you are the one who reported this bug, please add information on how
to duplicate, (if it is duplicatable) as the description is a bit terse.
We would like to also know what telemetry is not keying PTT and when it
happens.
