[App_rpt-users] Echolink permit config

I tried adding permit=*-* to limit connections to rf based stations and reduce the drive by connects. That seems to work fine but I would like to add exceptions for several stations. Tried inserting their callsigns but apparently the wildcard has priority. Tried putting it at the end of the line but no difference. Any suggestions? Ed W8VT
