44.98.254.145 is the address of one of the new Allstar registration servers.
In our systems all ll IP-adresses with ip 44.x.x.x are routed to the HAMNET, never to the Internet. Therefore the system never can reach the registration server.
44.x.x.x is much bigger than just HAMNET. That seems like a mistake to configure your network to route the whole /8 to HAMNET. Tom KD7LXL
