Mike, If your OS uses vi editor for crontab entries, these are the steps to add a cron job to 29695. 0 * * * * /usr/sbin/asterisk -rx "rpt fun 29695 *328894 " 1. Select and copy the line above this if 28894 is the node you are trying to connect to every hour. A. If not, replace 28894 with the correct node number you want to connect to. 2. Open a PuTTy session into your node. 3. While in your command line, not the CLI, input "crontab -e" then hit enter. [root@Asterisk asterisk]# crontab -e 4. Press the "i" key to insert a new entry. 5. Right-Click (it will paste the text you copied) 6. Hit the Enter key. (this will ensure you do not combine two cron jobs.) 7. Hit the Escape key, then :wq (this will stop the editing then write and quit.) You should receive the message "Installing new cronjob". If you have any trouble, I'm usually on Node 29503.
