[App_rpt-users] Re-Registration

Hi, I'm wanting to migrate from the old to the new system. The website says I need to register as a new user. I signed up a few days ago, and I know Jim was in the hospital, and I know it doesn't happen in real time, but I was wondering how long of a back-log there is and when the validation might happen?
