[App_rpt-users] Changing RTCM user from Comcast to Verizon

Hello,   I have a remote user who is switching from comcast network to the verizon network, I think all I need to change on my server is his IP address and the IP address on his RTCM  and possibly open up his firewall for the new address on his router?   Frank
