You may have noticed the Allstarlink list of nodes do not have any that begins with ‘3’ which is reserved for EchoLink nodes. Thanks, Bob K6ECM 73

Hi All,
I've noticed when an Echolink node connects / transmits to an AllStar node, the Echolink node number is prefixed with a 3 in the archive file and possibly elsewhere.
Does the '3' represent anything? I was wondering if Repeaters / Links / Users have a different prefix.
Thanks
