You should not need the dst-nat to 10000-65535 as IAX2 bypasses the need for that. It is only required for SIP In echolink I do not see a TCP connection for port 5200 The src-nat function just transforms (masquerades) all internal addresses to your public IP Your registry information is done on outbound anyway.
