That said, I always felt there was room to improve it, but I never looked that close at it. I have a copy of the xipar app_rpt.c from 2010, and it looks like it would work, but there are several issues in it due to the old numbering of the ASL network (ie 4,9,5 node numbers being used for different things than today). There's likely more in there too, but that's what jumped out at me.

I am saddened to hear of his passing. Yeah I'll take you up on that source offer. I am looking for a happy medium between deploying another receiver with a different PL, and doing it the right way by sinking a lot of money into RTCM/Voter modules. Steve KB9MWR
