You dont. You need to supply an external (digital logic) signal from your receiver or an external CTCSS decoder into the "CTCSS" input of the RTCM.

I'm using a RTCM for my radio interconnect. I have the encode CTCSS encode working fine. How do I setup the CTCSS decode on the RTCM so I can use Tone SQ? I have audio coming from the discriminator direct.
