The second node is nothing more than a transmitter (TX audio, PTT) so couldn't I simply configure the second node's simpleusb.conf file with "gpio4 = ptt" , "txmixa=no", and "txmixb=voice" ? Thanks and 73
I'm 99% sure you need a USB interface per echo radio connected. If you just want to send a signal out, then you could setup a dual band radio that'll do cross-band (ass/u/me'ing the 2 nodes are on different bands) and shoot out the RF that way.
