[App_rpt-users] Completing install w/o URI in place

I'm helping to do a remote install of a new node, but we don't have the URIx attached yet (just ordered it). Is it possible to just allow my friend to complete the CentOS and post install with our node number to get it on the network? The hardware should be ready in a few days for that node, then we'll finish the config at that time. Thanks, Tony
