Good thought, although I am using rxondelay. I discovered the burst is just inherent of a simplex node. Just a note, I configured the BBB for usbradio and enabled the rxsquelchdelay with success, however the audio produced a pulsing attribute. A tradeoff, so I'm back to simpleusb. Next I plan to try an audio delay board. Over kill but it's all in the spirit of ham radio... Thanks to those responsible for the BBB JK -------------------------------------------- On Mon, 9/29/14, k5tra <k5tra@austin.rr.com> wrote: Subject: RE: [App_rpt-users] Multiple nodes To: "'Johnny Keeker'" <cypresstower@yahoo.com> Date: Monday, September 29, 2014, 5:29 PM Hi Johnny, I've been using TK-941 radios in full duplex repeater mode. I am using a COS interface/buffer circuit in the RX radio and a DMK URI. Is your GM300 running as a simplex link radio? If so, 'wonder if rxondelay parameter would help? On the radio side it's clean but on the internet side, I still have a squelch burst. Also used an alinco dr135, it's worse. In both instances I'm using simpleusb and cor. I've also tried usbradio, it eliminates the burst but there are other artifacts it produces, like a ripple in the audio peaks.
