1) Run asterisk "asterisk -cvvvvvvvv" with "rpt debug level 7" and looked for DTMF digits being decoded? 2) Check your input audio level, if to high (clipping) it will not decode or if way to low it will not decode. 3) Checked you config file to make sure you have teh prefix digit set.
