Travis KJ4NDP has successfully connected his DMR radio to asterisk by utilizing the dstar channel driver in asterisk created by Scott Lawson ki4lkf.

Talking with Scott KB2EAR, it works. 1) audio sounds a bit harsh with the chan_dstar driver. 2) the dstar people, at least down here get their shorts in a wad that you're 'polluting' the purity of dstar by deigning to bridge into 'inferior analog' signals. FWIW. Bryan
Brian and Bradley, I've got this kind of setup here, and yes, there are some oddities in the audio, but it's something that can be tweaked.
