I've tendered my resignation as of October 14, 2018. This was provided to the board in a signed email that day. I wish them well, but ASL has been kneecapped by the boards ongoing inability to make any decisions. - -- Bryan Fields 727-409-1194 - Voice http://bryanfields.net -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iQIzBAEBCAAdFiEEaESdNosUjpjcN/JhYTmgYVLGkUAFAlvUguEACgkQYTmgYVLG kUCZPA//dMNMS4W6QbkE3e7WyGRyZzLze2dFouLv5BUuUYp+vHHsJQ9fwDO8ZSVu U0dhVpmWk7Ce9M1ym+/lQq5rtYO7u3rRqxetsUM55MPXTsVmsRzGW8it7etKyVTV UgjW9xVSYLnalgWui82KXvxKjgO3cX6mwLy9GOVfjGshCtg0AjdJs9ST+zHAIBc+ OJqqANy7wKLYJgt05MXIbO6ODab3INnv8I33yi8YeuRnLKXEypjH8Qp6sWTTwuSM vyuUyXTviGnGYdANbRsyCFJs05dI9eQBlLx/qU1MI3Y1eZKwQUb8todFGoa6kLNQ L0IAkLtsGiNIcYwsWVOzJysV0oyeURR+iauHGGCjfbWjubtMzInTY9ecKGPLQNG2 bV2PHCqtm7vZv6cN81z1i79zJOtMTbIyDx48WAeaVw/8YIUcUDtsQ/I+E3gwyB6E aZYdeTVmKeHG6WFLsOl+vjYA3W6VgqdS0f7yi6nVTzqfWxWBQ4nmjhUIy9M4Jglm cdJlT3lsn2Uf8EPUJSTR+tEazvfMaOfm73BXWBUTLHP511V20Gj0pz0ZqxPAfLwK q9RTXZZ7je2MVLq5n55Wl9Q619kEt6U+GjJ0y5PmkmSNKiaWAOSP7lm9Nb/rAJtL KF5S6Rs01Svaq/AnnexEUcPiH6Zu6Tr6zgtDCdjfClxo5f2RUb4= =9kkk -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
What's the status of the AllStarLink Inc 501(c)(3) application? This is the board action I'm most interested in, because I have employer matching that will expire Dec 31st. Tom KD7LXL On Sat, Oct 27, 2018 at 6:47 AM Tim Sawyer <tisawyer@gmail.com> wrote:

This is an action item that was high in priority with the past board. Since the current board has changed, and first meeting won't be until tomorrow, I cannot answer you immediately. This is something we'll discuss and I'll report back after I have an idea of what the current boards position is, and a proposed time line. For AllStarLink, Inc., Kevin W3KKC

The AllStarLink Board met this morning and had a very productive meeting. One of the key topics was the action item of obtaining 501(c)3 status. It appears that the Board is unified to make this happen as soon as it can. For AllStarLink, Inc., Kevin W3KKC Founding Board Member

This money is about to expire. Has the board followed through with a 1023-EZ application yet? Tom KD7LXL
Todd sent it in about 10 days ago. We're hoping for 30 days or less for the filing to complete. On Thu, Dec 13, 2018 at 11:52 AM Tom Hayward <tom@tomh.us> wrote:
