1999 reports:

2360 reports:

NOTICE[6374]: chan_iax2.c:4071 __auto_congest: Auto-congesting call due to slow response

in rpt.conf they both have lines under [nodes] that point to each other.

They can ping each other.

I hate to say it but I'm lost on this one...
