I'm using remote base and seems that when I key up with my HT the remote base transmits and then receives, transits and then receives. I think it's in the settings, but I don't know. For the radio im using a tyt-9000. Does anyone have this problem?? It goes until it hits the time out timer. I'm viewing voter display x in Asterisk and there is no RTCM's selected and no RSSI shown for all clients so its not a stuck receiver. I have to do /etc/init.d/asterisk restart to kill the stuck PTT condition. Any thoughts on how I should troubleshoot this? I would suggest that you look at the method of PTT trigger and if the transistor can keep up with the current drain of the PTT on the radio. Test without the radio and use a LED for indicator. If it works fine on the LED, then buffer up with a bigger transistor. That is a good starting place anyway. Second, I would look for RF in the lines. If not, provide more info. ...mike/kb8jnm
