Web transceiver node display
I have a hub that has a number of 4xxxx Allstar nodes connected and I keep getting inquiries about why there are IRLP nodes showing on the web transceiver. They obviously are not IRLP nodes but instead the 4xxxx nodes with the leading 4 not displayed. Apparently this was never changed on the web transceiver when the 40K nodes were added. Can this be fixed? This works correctly in my lsnodes script as I updated it when the node sequence changed. 73 Doug WA3DSP http://www.crompton.com/hamradio
I think the guy that wrote the webtranceiver is long gone. Know any Java programmers? -- Tim :wq On Aug 16, 2014, at 6:44 PM, Doug Crompton <doug@crompton.com> wrote:

Do we have the source for it? 73, ~iain / N6ML On Sat, Aug 16, 2014 at 8:17 PM, Tim Sawyer <tim.sawyer@mac.com> wrote:

Well, I thought I did. But all I have is the jar file. I’ll see if I can rattle the Java tree and get it. -- Tim :wq On Aug 16, 2014, at 9:12 PM, iain macdonnell - N6ML <ar@dseven.org> wrote:

I don't seem to be seeing any 4xxxx nodes showing up as "IRLP" nodes on the web transceiver. Where are they showing up? Could people be seeing the 4xxxx node numbers and assume they were IRLP (based on the old numbering system) not understainding they are 5 digit Allstar nodes? If this is the case then I'd say the web transceiver doesn't need to be fixed... unless I'm missing something. Jon VA3RQ On 8/16/2014 9:44 PM, Doug Crompton wrote:

To see the problem, you'd need to connect WebTransceiver to a node that is connected to another node which has a number of the form '4xxxx'. 73, ~iain / N6ML On Wed, Aug 20, 2014 at 12:52 PM, REDBUTTON_CTRL <jrorke@cogeco.ca> wrote:
