OK, it is an aged packet TNC circa 1993....get it going with what is the question. What are you attempting to do which involves AllStar? APRS? Be interested to know. There is information regarding computer and radio interfacing at the link below which should be sufficient for wiring purposes but you will need a terminal program to get the system in a running state.
