[FSG-public] 224.280 online (kind of)

Kris and I spent about 8 hours running cable and setting up the repeaters today. 224.280 is online, somewhat... I suspect the master clock is not seeing GPS right, whether it's a cable issue or something else, I'm not sure. I did key it up from inside my home on my HT1250 about 30 miles away and had a brief QSO on it while it was working. We don't have IP up there yet so I can't really debug it or test.
