Interesting, all of a sudden I can hit the DMR repeater from inside my house on my HT (MD-380) , maybe someone knocked down a big tree yesteday :-) So I can hit both the Tampa DSTAR and DMR repeaters :-) I figured out that 3100 is the DMR room, but I'm guessing there's no way to link to the other TGs like First Coast DMR (Jax FL) 31121 or Alabama Link DMR 31010? I'm still getting up to speed with DMR & DSTAR, and Amateur radio in general, but I do have a DV4Mini working on both networks with my laptops, tablets and raspberry pi. I can work the DSTAR 443.425 repeater with my ICON id-54a HT. I can't hit the St Pete or other Tampa DMR repeaters with my MD380 HT from the house (East Lake area of Palm Harbor), but I hope to drive down Hillsborough Ave towards Tampa to see if maybe I am having DMr radio setup issues vs coverage.
Where do I find the Brandmeister talk groups you are connecting/linking to? I don't see that on your webpage. I found this under the Tampa Airport tab.

To piggy back on the DMR update. KJ4SHL and I have also been working on some APRS stuff for FSG as well. I hope to get an update email out soon on some of the IGATE and DIGI boxes we've thrown together. At this point we are probably the most digital centric club in Florida. Lots of cool stuff coming down the pipe in 2017!!!

To answer your questions about DMR there are two systems currently up that I run one in St. Pete and one at TPA. Both of those are on my own cbridge based platform (on 44net) with many interconnects to Brandmeister and others. Working with FSG we have current plans to install a new DMR repeater in downtown Tampa which will provide wider area coverage to to the area. Using the cbridge platform still offers greater control as the system operator which is the primary reason I run one.

We're coming up on FSG's third year and just over a year of operation of the main repeaters in Tampa.
FSG now has the best 220 repeater in Tampa Bay, the only 900 MHz repeater in Tampa, and one of the best UHF repeaters in Tampa Bay. We're active on analog, dstar and P25, with DMR coming soon.
We have some very cool stuff planned for this upcoming year in new sites coming online. We're expanding HamWAN in Tampa Bay and South as well.
