We got 3 years on the prior AC unit, which was used, it was installed in April 10, 2016 right after we moved in there. 12k BTU's should be good enough as we're in a 10x30 300 sqft shelter. We still need a solution to monitor the temp up there, perhaps into SNMP for alarming.
