[FSG-public] Board vote needed

I put forth a proposal to get the IP data radios for ~1750 from Flytec computers in Miami earlier this month. I know we're spoke about this informally and we had a consensus. We need to have a formal vote on this from the board to keep us legal. I vote we should proceed with this. Can I have a second in supporting this and I'll move forward with the order?
