[FSG-public] Audio issue on the HT1250 radio

Some may have an issue with the audio on the HT1250 radios when turned up past half. This produces a tinny audio response as you move past half. It is very noticeable on the unsquelched audio and on repeater use. Good news is it's a programing issue and can be fixed in CPS.
