Wanted to update the group, we have the fiber run from the roof to the 7th floor terminated now. Jerry, KD4YAL has a /23 allocated and LOA'd to us We need to get a router that supports fiber SFP's to light this up, and I've ordered some patch cables from the SC to LC interface on the SFP. I'm thinking of the following for a route/switch: Juniper EX3200 or 4200 with the SFP ports. These support PoE. Cisco 2851 with 24pt switch card. It's basically a switch with a router, and not as good as the juniper in terms of performance, but slightly cheaper on eBay. I have a 7210 SAS but it's not PoE and a bit slower for routing. Also, is there anyone who has the skills or interest in running the website? It's wordpress based now, but i don't think we're married to it. I doubt we'll be able to do anything this weekend, and then next is Dayton, so it may be a few weeks to get this all working. 73's -- Bryan Fields, W9CR Florida Simulcast Group, Inc.
