[Allstar Digital] DMRGateway for the RPi2

Look at the configuration files and document included with DMRlink. The
config files contain comments that will guild you through setup. This is
IPSC not Linux. DMRLink will run on any OS that supports Python. The
script mk_dmrlink will create a directory structure that will allow more
then one instance of DMRlink to be run, say bridge and ambe_audio on the
same machine at the same time. I will post the script that builds all
the pieces later today.
