[App_rpt] Telco PTT

We have lots of telco connect usage on our system utilizing the Tel PTT
feature to comm over the radio. Occasionally people forget there PTT is
active.

Is there a way to put an enunciation tone on the Telco RX audio when the
PTT is active? Maybe a beep every 20 seconds or such to remind you that
the PTT is active?

Another idea would be to have a Tel PTT Time out timer to limit how long
the PTT is active.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?
