Required source files:

App_rpt.c version 0.183 and an updated indications.c to support decimal
tone frequencies are required to test this functionallity.

Please note: You must be running ACID version 0.7 or Limey Linux 1.0.7
for the indications.c patch to work. If you are using a version of
Asterisk downloaded from Digium's site, you will need to merge the
changes into indications.c
