[App_rpt-users] rejected connection and audio problem

I got this message from my node I just installed when someone tried to 
connect:

[Aug 25 15:37:18] NOTICE[14710]: chan_iax2.c:9043 socket_process: 
Rejected connect attempt from XX.XX.XXX.XX, request '27299 at radio-secure' 
does not exist

I can connect out ok, any ideas how to fix?

I'm also not getting any audio from the other node, my audio going out 
is OK.
