[App_rpt-users] usb radio config file

Hi Ken,

YOu need to comment out the CTCSS frequency statements in usbradio.conf if
you dont want / need for app_rpt to do the decoding in DSP.

Comment these lines out and restart app_rpt and then you'll be in carrier
squelch mode only.
