[App_rpt-users] Using SVN copy of Asterisk on RaspberryPi (and "usb.h")

There was a time when it was a GIVEN that the kernel source from which the running kernel
was built *WOULD* be included in *ANY* Linux distro.

I am not sure what happened to that concept, but it is greatly missed.
