[App_rpt-users] Changing RTCM user from Comcast to Verizon

Hello,
 
I have a remote user who is switching from comcast network to the verizon network, I think all I need to change on my server is his IP address and the IP address on his RTCM  and possibly open up his firewall for the new address on his router?
