[App_rpt-users] RXONDELAY not working?

I'm running an hp thinclient that has a single core processor at barely
over 1 ghz with like 512mb of ram and it's ok.  It is not running full
duplex audio though.  It has two simplex link radios attached.  This
installation is how I found out RXONDELAY wouldn't work with simple usb.
