[App_rpt-users] Stuttering Audio

All too often, I have a problem with stuttering inbound audio.  It's
happening every few minutes and it lasts for several seconds then clears up.
I don't know how to describe it other than it sounds like the voice is mixed
with about a 5 Hz signal.  Has anyone experienced this type of problem, and
if so, have you solved it?
