[App_rpt-users] Static IP Setup

I always just edit /etc/network/interfaces rather than using any built in
utilities. It's especially helpful if you use different distributions
across multiple platforms as it's all uniform.

No need to learn/use each distro's own utility, plus you can do exactly
what you want instead of being limited by what the utility will let you do
or will do without you knowing.

Like most things in Linux there is usually more than one way to do things
and it comes down to personal preference.
