[App_rpt-users] Resistor divider

I dont know why you would want a resistor divider on the VOL/SQ hi line. 
It should be ~ 1 V p-p with a signal with 1k tone modulated @ 3k dev.  
This is the perfect level to drive the URI. If it seems its overdriving 
the URI then disable the RX boost (RXboost=0) in the USBradio.conf file. 
Then retune.
