Try this:

On the hub box:
41488 = radio at 127.0.0.1:4572/41488,NONE
40968 = radio at 192.168.20.243:4569/40968,NONE

On the repeater box:
40968 = radio at 127.0.0.1:4569/40968,NONE
41488 = radio at 192.168.20.235:4572/41488,NONE
