[App_rpt-users] Loosing TX

Hi Michael,

Thanks for the information to test the URI.  It does not seem the URI is
the issue.  I have swapped the URIs with new ones and they all did the same
thing.

I believe this issue is with the PC hardware or software.  Might be a USB
bus problem.  I will look further into it.
