[App_rpt-users] New IP - node disconnects - Hungup...

Any ideas why a node will keep doing the following? Occurs about ever 2-3
seconds. Then disconnects from the internet about every 15 minutes,
reconnecting after a few moments. We just installed a new static IP
address... the old one works fine, but is getting disconnected in a day or
so.
